Anyone who wants to come (groups, couples, or singles): Those who enjoy the relationship of working together to affect the lives of the next generation of Montserrat in a positive manner are welcome.

We need:

Teachers who are experts in a form of art or sport who can create a lesson plan and execute it to produce a final result by the end of a three week period. You should have experience in a classroom, however, if you are simply an expert in a field, you are welcome as well. These classes are usually quite large.

Therefore, we also need assistants who will aid with the large classes and spunky students. They usually are briefed by the teacher before each class and simply assist in any form the teacher or students are in need.

Counselors who might be assistants in the classrooms and away from the classrooms as most of the time the team engages in other volunteer work while on island.
